“arrived in car park 1 as informed and parked near payment machine . no one around at first and no signage. lady arrived shortly after and took car. no photos taken but it was a torrential downpour. (Suitcases were still damp when collected at destination) . On return phoned as we got to baggage reclaim and was advised car was already waiting for us.
