“The booking was easy online and entry and exit was easy via the automatic barrier. The bus was frequent and was waiting when we exited the airport, so no time delay.”
“Everything went well when we arrived and parked up.We made a note of where we parked our car and took a photo. On our return we were happy that our car started and made our way to the exit, there was a queue of 3 cars but the barrier would not open. The ANPR camera wouldn't let us out. One by one the car at the front would reverse away and let the next car try. We all did this and it wouldn't let any car out. Eventually using the emergency call button we managed to contact a somebody who could sort out the problem, but it took almost 20 minutes and you don't need that kind of trouble at 1 in the morning when you've spent the whole day travelling.”
