“Yet again the exit system was not working properly. One of the barriers was out of action with queues forming to get out of the other one and low and behold the other barrier system went out of service resulting in everyone having to use the intercom system to try to get them to lift the barrier. The person on the intercom was rude and not very helpful at all.
The car park is fine because of its location but the exit system needs a big upgrade as it is a regular theme that some of it is always out of action”
“Returned to the carpark after a 5 hour flight in the dark. The carpark was so poorly lit it was extremely difficult to find my vehicle, it needs lighting to be better at night.”
“Having used short stay 1 for the first time I now know where I need to be in order to access departures and arrivals. With the work that is being done at this time we found ourselves with a route march to departures. But I shall use this car park with yourselves next time we use EMA.”
