“My only negative was when entering to park there is a sign pointing to short stay 2 on a roundabout but there is no entry and also when walking out of arrivals there are no signs helping you whilst walking to find the carpark 2, all you see are bus stops , this needs proper signage otherwise no issues”
“The booking process was straightforward.
The carpark signage wasn’t that great (we needed to search a bit to see where to go).
The car was safely parked during our stay.
The issue was on leaving (after midnight when few people around). The exit barrier didn’t rise, no matter how many times (or how slowly) we drove up to the camera and barrier. There wasn’t an obvious call button to call. No answer to telephoning customer service. Another car/ customer had the same issue and went to find an attendant to help (who wasn’t much help but identified the tiny call button to press at the barrier). The responder was unhelpful and short in their response. Eventually we exited the car park after pleading to be let out. Not a great experience at night for a female driver with young daughter after trying for 20-30 mins to exit a car park at night.”
“Very easy to use and understand website, parking at the airport was so simple with plenty of space, short stay 2 is only a few minutes gentle stroll to the terminal, coming back is just as simple just drive up to the barrier and it lifts automatically no problem, definitely will be using the parking space again next time”
“Very east near to departures the only thing that could improve it would be a covered walkway to the airport as can’t pull suitcases and hold up umbrella!”
