“Arrived back at 2 o'clock in the morning waited for the bus to get back to car park 1 on the bus back to the car no information on where we were then found out that the bus didn't go to that car park even though it said so on the bus shelter dropped us off outside car park no signs telling you were any bus shelters were to identify were your car was located only good thing was that it wasn't raining would seriously reconsider before using it again”
“Waited 20 minutes on arrival for the first bus and guess what, 2 came at the same time. Fir the incoming flight it was the worst airport parking experience ever. It was raining heavy, there werea lot of passengers waiting and not enough cover, the 1st bus wait was 25 minutes, not everyone could fit on the bus, the driver wouldn't or couldn't move everyone fown the bus so drove off with space. I felt sorry for everyone left behind. Surely they should have known when the flights were arriving and how many people would need picking up, absolute shambles, actually puts me off using East Midlands Airport rather than just long stay 1.”
