“Did struggle to find space as very full. But eventually got one. Spaces were very tight and we only have a small car. Came back to find scratches on nearside door.”
“Car park is sign posted well and easy to access. Parking was easy to find and buses run every ten minutes. Only issue I would say is upon returning the buses do not state if they are going to long stay 1 or 2 and this sadly left a family being dropped at the next stop on the way to the car park with a baby past 1am in the cold waiting for the next bus. The number should be stated clearly on the front of the bus to avoid this.”
“Number plate recognition did not work on entry or exit, but staff answered on intercom quickly and were able to find the booking and raise the barrier.
My main gripe is that nobody knows which car park or bus stop the bus stops at when you need to return to your car after the holiday.
There are plenty of screens over head on the bus with the East Midlands Airport logo but we all know which airport we're at!
Why don't they show each oncoming stop I stead?! Stressful.”
