“Whilst the parking meets our needs, the visibility of the Row signage in the dark was almost zero. Bus driver spoke little English and did not call out the stop details &it was very dark so was difficult to know where best to get off the shuttle bus.”
“No problem encountered number plate recognised quickly so straight in. Was very busy having turned right after entry. Going left might have been better. Bus arrived as we walked to the bus stop and in the departure lounge within 10 mins. On return bus waiting. Car fine and straight out.”
