“No problems on arrival easy access to car parking with number plate recognition. Bus that took us to car park after our holiday allowed an empty bus to go ahead of us which meant it parked at our bus stop and we had to take our cases off the bus that wasn’t flush with the kerb. No help offered as bus driver couldn’t wait to walk over to other bus and chat/laugh with the driver. Not that impressed with his customer service. We had already waited a while for a bus and 2 arrived for rival company in quick succession, one left with 6passengers and the other with no passengers. A bit frustrating when all you want is to get home”
“Very busy car park. Took a while to find a space. Had a 15 minute wait for airport bus to terminal. On return bus arrived but had another 15 minute wait while lady driver had a fag.”
“Very efficient entry and departure with number plate recognition. Regular buses to and from the terminal about 5 minutes away from car park. Fully recommend”
“Easy to find, regular bus pick ups to airport. Great service. Only one small gripe, we had to press the help button to get out, it didn’t open automatically, but once we had given them our registration we were on our way. So not a big deal.”
