“Very disappointed as you charged a £20 overstay fee. Our flight was due in at 23.15 on Monday 20th March 2023 and to be on the safe side I booked the carpark space until 00.00. When we tried to leave we were told that we had overstayed by almost 24 hours as you consider 00.00 to be the start of the day and not the end of the day. If I had booked the space for Tuesday 21st 00.15 the cost would only have differed by approx £5. I feel that you are using 00.00 to purposely confuse genuine customers in order to obtain more money from them. You could use 23.59 for the end of the day and 00.01 for the start of the day. Very poor and deliberately misleading for such a large organisation.”
“On arrival our number plate was not recognised automatically so we pressed the button for a token. Person eventually came onto the speaker and said we shouldn't have pressed for a token but opened the barrier after checking details.
On return our number plate was not automatically recognised so we used the token only to be advised that we owed £450!!! Pressed help button repeatedly and was told we shouldn't have inserted the token......Finally barrier was lifted. No apology from person.”
