“I am really annoyed at the fact that we could not get out of the car park without contacting someone on the speaker phone as far as I was concerned we had done everything correctly but the nuber plate was not recognised yet it allowed us in the women on the speakerphone was not very clear but she did not know why this had happened in the end she let us out, by now ther ewere a lot of people waiting behind us to get out.”
“The only problem was the parking space I used was directly opposite a premium bay which was not taken when I parked. On my return a car was in the premium bay and it was difficult to reverse out. Thankfully the car in question was small and with a lot of manoeuvres I was able to squeeze out of my bay. Had the said car been a large vehicle parked up to the line, I would have been unable to move my car. I parked in row C at the far end of the car park and this needs sorting out.”
