“The reason we have scored it low is because we had to wait 25 mins for a bus to take us to the airport. When we got on we, and many others were standing with our cases. It was packed my husband hurt his back trying to stop the cases from flying about the floor. We had to hold onto hand and hold luggage, we are in our 70s and it was a bad experience, not a good start to our holiday. My husband was 3 days with a really strained back. It’s our first bad experience with APH.”
“We always park at Jetparks2. But we’re a bit disappointed with the pick up by the bus. Waited over half an hour in the cold. Although this has never happened before”
“Was a fairly easy set up, buses come every 20 minutes there and back, wouldn’t use it again as don’t think the price was worth it would of been better paying extra and parking right outside the airport doors. Coming home passengers were confused as the bus came to the airport bus stop and didn’t have any info on the front, as the bus stop signs said several car parks everybody got on, then they realised through the journey they weren’t going to the car park, luckily we got on the right one. The car park is at jet 1 is fairly scruffy and abit muddy should be tarmac if it was cheaper I’d recommend as it’s defo a budget service offer but for what we paid I don’t think it was worth it.”
