“Arrived at Jet Parks 1 and entered with no problems, parked and unloaded cases and got on the bus with no problems. On our return bus were waiting and the driver loaded our cases for us and on arriving back at the car park he helped to unload the cases and we exited with no problems at all. We have 2 more holidays booked and have booked jet parks again for both trips.”
“Poorly marked out spaces on loose gravel not tarmac and very few exit signs apart from the very faded ones on the road which are no good at night.
Overall a cheaper option if you're good at lifting 20kg plus suitcases onto a high rack when buses are fairly full.
This Airport does not cater very well for people with disabilities getting from the car to the Airport and back.”
“They were really unhelpful after my car broke down the morning we were due to fly, I understand you have to give 24hours notice but this was out of my hands, I had no time to fix it or get another car in time. I was simply told to claim off my insurance, not even the offer of keeping it as a reservation for future travel. So basically forked out ninety pound when I’ve just spent a lot of money on the holiday for nothing.”
“Having just missed a bus to the terminal, it was just over 30 minutes before the next bus arrived at Stand 2, Jetpark 1 on 26th June just after 5:00 am. However there were no delays on the return trip.”
