“Located close to airport, easy to find and access/ park. Smooth return to vehicle. However long wait for bus on arrival staff not welcoming. Difficult to exit carpark, unclear on token access no one answering the help button.”
“Not the best no tarnac but loose stones which were very difficult for my wife's mini mobility scooter and no exit signs in the dark. The bus driver on the outward journey was very helpful loading the mobility scooter and cases but on the return journey the driver just sat and watched me struggle.”
“Have used APH many times for Birmingham and Sentinel at Leeds Bradford and always great service so assumed booking the Jetpark 1 would be the same experience but i was wrong. Unlike the others, there is no manned office on site it is just a massive car park with only 2 bus stops for the entire place. My Mum was dying for the toilet after travelling and there's not even a portaloo. When people have been travelling long distances to get to the airport I would have expected at least a toilet. The bus drivers do not leave their vehicles to help load or unload which is not helpful (all the other park and ride places we have used the drivers take the cases and help and you pull up, unload and then take your keys to the office).
I struggled to find a space anywhere near one of the bus stops so (after checking no buses were about) pulled up to bust stop 1 with my engine still running to unload three cases and let my elderly mother and 5 year old get out the car to avoid multiple trips back to the car. Imagine how happy I was when a bus pulled behind me with the driver tutting and shaking his head at me saying i shouldn't have stopped there and its a good job the boss wasn't on site or I would have been fined!!! What a wonderful happy start to our holiday from a scowling job's worth!. I was literally 2 minutes and thought it common sense to get our stuff out at the bus stop then go and find somewhere to park - silly me!! Would not recommend.”
“Now there is a traffic island on the road past the airport entrance this makes entering Jet Parks very easy. Instructions for leaving the car park talked about a ticket to get out.However I booked on line and just drove up to the barrier.”
“Used jet parks a few times but the last 2 times trying to exit car park the gares would not open tried calling but no answer eventually they answered and was able to exit when you have had a days travelling its the last thing you want and still a couple of hours journey to go as well didnt help.”
