“Everything was fine. We pulled up and the barrier opened. We found empty spaces close to bus stop. The bus arrived after a few minutes and took us to the terminal.
On returning the bus driver was rude and ignorant. We were a family group with a toddler in a pram so boarding the bus took a little longer.
Even before we could store our luggage and lock the pram wheels he had set off causing people to stumble about and luggage to roll down the aisle. Then he had the audacity to say we were blocking the aisle
