“Easy to get to and we'll signposted from motorway, apart from the lack of signage stating which is park park 1 and which is carpark 2. A bit wet and muddy in places but had been recent heavy rain.”
“It’s an ok facility would I use it again probably not. The buses are frequent and the drop you off right outside the terminal too so nice a convenient. There are plenty of parking spaces but that’s where the problem lies. There are so many people trying to cram onto the buses your not always guaranteed the first bus to arrive will fit you on. When we returned at the end of our trip it was 1am and dark the bus was full with people and luggage in the isle. On arriving at the first parking lot the drive did not announce if it was jet parks 1 or 2 and it was too dark to see. As we were the first bus stop we had to clamber over people and cases to try and get off the bus which was not so hassle free or enjoyable. In future will stick to a facility where everyone gets on and off at the same place.”
“Absolutely good value for money. There just needs to be better signage for the correct pickup point when leaving the airport (East Midlands) on your return to UK”
