“There were three cars in our booking/party. All went smoothly even after one car's number plate would not open via the ANPR barrier. Got through to someone who allowed entry. Easy to get the bus transfer although busy. Return from the airport to the car park was straightforward too.”
“Was a ok service apart from waiting for the fag after landing brigade on return. Then the bus was very crowded, the luggage racking system could be easier to use with larger heavier cases. Then we had an issue where the barrier wouldn’t lift, it didn’t catch the reg plate right apparently. Normally there are 2 anpr cameras on each barrier to ensure this doesn’t happen so why do you only have the one at one side, then take ages to actually answer the help button? Overall it was ok but I wouldn’t recommend or revisit this car park. It’s not that much cheaper than the on airport service which seems much more organised.”
“We have used APH at various sites, Manchester, Birmingham & East Midlands and we particularly love the East Midlands site as it runs so smoothly and straightfordward. We would and do recommend this site and APH in general to all our friends and family. Its such a great service that just fits in with your holiday planning rather than being a nightmare to get to the airport in the first place or when returning home from holiday.”
