“DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! I returned to my car in the dark and alone with a child to find it hadn’t been charged. This was despite it being highlighted to staff at site that the car wasn’t charging. Before I left I pointed out charging hadn’t started and the site team told me they would start the charge later that evening. The team were not helpful when the issue was raised, simply saying the car was charging and not realising I could see via the app it wasn’t. They were unhelpful and left me in an unsafe situation on my return.”
“Can't fault Airparks. Was easy to check in and get the car hooked up, the attendant was very helpful. Was quick and easy getting the bus transfer to and from the terminal.”
