“The car park was fine and the car was there when we eventually got back to the car park. It's interesting to see that this is asking me to review APH Edinburgh. When we were trying to get back to the car park to get our car nobody recognised the name APH. This resulted in us walking back to our car, with cases. As we were walking back the bus driver,who said he had no idea who APH were passed us! I went into the office and again the member of staff had no idea who APH was, although there was an orange bus shelter with APH on. There is also no number to contact for help or assistance. When we got home I email APH who told me it was nothing to do with them I needed to contact another email to complain they are only booking agents!
I wouldn't be using this agent or car park again.”
