“Once we found entrance to carpark, process of getting in (electronic welcome) and parking straightforward, then bus transfers to terminus and back straightforward and efficient.
Marked car bays would be helpful.”
“Great parking close to the Airport at Secure Airparks. The bus driver was old school, helping everyone with their suitcases and communicating in a professional manner as opposed to being a cardboard cut out of a driver, what a breath of fresh air. Spaces were plentiful and easily found on arrival. Buscdriver informed us of stop and pick up changes when we return from holiday. I would recommend this car park and rate it for customer service due to their professional bus drivers. Highly recommended.”
“Found the car park from directions given on email. Parked and got bus straight away. No issues.
On return the bus stop had changed from just outside airport to stand 10 at the coach park. Caused a little confusion as we hadn’t been made aware of it but once we found out there was a bus waiting. I unfortunately had an accident whilst away and was in a wheel chair but the bus driver was extremely kind and helped my husband with our luggage and getting me onto the bus.

“Use you a lot, but disappointed that we only had a poster info on the stand being changed from H to 11 at opposite ends of the airport. Not what you are wanting after coming off a flight. Dragging your case to what you think us the pick up to find its been changed!”
“Returned from holiday and headed to the bus stop shown in our email… only to find a very vague notice to say we needed to go to ‘stance 10’. Unable to get through on the phone to find out where this was so had to ask around to find out it was at the opposite end of the airport! Not what you need when tired from a long journey. No correspondence from them to advise the pick up point had changed… poor show.”
