“Easy booking and arrival process, regular buses, only 5 mins to terminal - but much less convenient now drop off is much further away from the terminal, especially late at night and in bad weather”

Easy to find as per usual from Dundee.
Worried I wasn't going to find a spot as it seemed really busy, but found one near a bus pick up/drop, (lemon stop near runway) as I have a hiden disability re- walking difficuties never mind lugging a bag for 2 weeks behind you!!! (once I found a space your exit!)
Lack of personal contact at all now, even your voice recoring instructions, although very clear and precise. (hence the one star as no personal engagement at all!)
Like the fact you don't have to phone now for a pick up unless as stated on your signage, as It meant I could chill in Costa with a coffee and cake! as wasn't in a hurry at all, knowing you just doa regular loop to fro.”
“The directions to the car park on the confirmation need improving. Don’t look for APH signs . We phoned the given number and there was someone on the phone to help us , this was at 5am. Follow the sign for SECURE AIRPARKING from the mini roundabout . This is in the info you get but it’s in small writing and not highlighted . Likewise sign posting coming out of the arrivals hall was confusing as the pick up point for shuttle bus has changed from one side of the airport to the other. You need to go to coach park stance 10 which is to your left coming out of the arrivals terminal. There were conflicting signs sending you to the right and to pick up ‘H’ - dont use thus!! . Apart from that, the process was easy . Drive into the car park on arriving and park. Go to the nearest bus stop(within the car park) and wait for the shuttle. Note this doesn’t drop you off in front of arrivals so you will have a 5 minute walk. In returning to the car park the car was as we left it so no issues there at all and we just drove out . We would use this service again but a tip - although it’s a bit pricey we saved by using Tesco vouchers.”

“Easy to use airport parking. Looks busy but always a space near to a bus stop. Buses were frequent and staff friendly and helpful.
