“Was easy to book and pay online. Reasonable price for 4 nights, 5 days. Arrived at gate, ticket issued and barrier opened automatically. Car park very full but managed to find a space. Bus turned up in about 10 minutes and picked up a few more passengers on way to departures. On return after midnight had to wait a little longer for bus at Bay 8 near the plastic tunnel but smooth drop off and car was just where I’d left it. Put my NCP ticket in the machine and barriers opened and off I went home. All good.”
“All was good with the car park and bus service. But flight was delayed and we were 5 hrs later and got charged £16, I feel that is a bit steep for not only a regular user but for something out with my control. There should be some leeway or a smaller charge. After a delay and coming home to the cold the last thing you need is stung by £16 at the exit barrier. I know it's business but there should be allowances made for bookings. It's not like I left it days there.”

“Close to the airport, so only a few minutes journey on the (frequent) shuttle bus. Competitive pricing. Car park was busy when I used it (in July) - not many free spaces.”
“Easy to find and park and bus to airport ok. As with all parking at airports, it’s extortionate, but no other option. It’s a captive audience, so they can charge what they want!”
