“All good .Only problem was we chose to park under trees .On our return the car was covered in droppings.Staff were helpfull and efficient.Bus to and from airport was very overcrowded”
“It was a bit difficult to locate which car park I had booked as Maps sent me to the wrong place, but I was early and managed to get there eventually. All the rest was easy. Pity that the minibus stops far away from arrivals.”
“Bus arrived within minutes of us getting to car park to take us to airport and on return journey bus was sitting at bus stop to take us back to pick up car so no hanging around a great service and pleasant bus driver even at 1-30 in morning”
“On entry, vehicle registration recognition system was not working properly. Needed numerous attempts at approaching the barrier to gain entry.
Only one parking space available in Car Park 1, needed to go around and round to finally find this space.
Parking spaces extremely narrow, forcing passenger to exit vehicle before being parked.
No shelter available for passengers at the spot where the bus stops. Shelter in an older location from where it is impossible to see whether the bus has arrived.
Requested assistance from staff to jump start car due to flat battery. They did not have a mobile power unit, as other car parks provide. Unable to assist even with jump cable because too short. Attendant could not even provide the car park's postal code requested by the AA.
Overall an experience never to be rpeated agai.”
“Edinburgh Airport - Good location and frequent transfers to the airport. It takes around 8 mins to get to the terminal, or there about.
BE WARNED - The spaces are only standard in size, which means you are at the mercy of exremely inconsiderate drivers who - 1. can't park properly within a space or 2. people that drive huge MPV's and don't give a damn parking 6 inches from your car.
I had to climb through the passenger door as it was impossible to open the drivers door.
Not technically the carparks fault, I know. Hey ho.”
