“We arrived at 4am. Both car parks were full. We managed to speak to an attendant who advised us to drive up to the barrier. We got a ticket. Barrier wouldn't open. He opened it. No spaces to be found and the ticket wouldn't let us exit. Meanwhile the attendant locked the office, jumped in a minibus to do an airport run and left. He said they were short staffed. Now there was no-one to help. We then had to reverse and park unsafely. By this time it was 4.45am. It was pouring with rain and I was soaked. We were not the only ones.
We have used this car park for many years with no issues whatsoever. This is the worst experience we have had and we will not be using NCP Scotpark again.”
