“Firstly there are two car parks. We went into one but noticed the other seemed to have better spaces. We therefore came out of the second and I went into the little office to query if we could go into the other. To say the man was rude is an understatement. He barked at me about invalidating my ticket by coming out of the car park and was quite aggressive in his manner. In fairness he did write my reg up on the board so someone would open the barrier for us on our return but his manner and the way he spoke to a customer was appalling.”
“It was ok going out but coming back was a different story. 0045 in the morning raining and cold we were walking over the crossing and the bus started to reverse away, there was a family from Newcastle with two small kids one in a buggy and we motioned to the driver who could see us clearly but just waived us all away. We had to wait another 20 minutes in the cold and rain for the next bus. In no way was this acceptable the bus wasn’t even half full the driver was just being ignorant. First time I have experienced this at Edinburgh and won’t be back, use another car park!”
“On arrival back to edinburgh airport i tried to call them 3x times to get picked up by the transfer to scotpark... no answer and no call back! It also says on my email to call for pickup once at edinburgh airport So i paid £12 in a taxi to get me from airport to scotpark as it was 11.50pm at night and had my 73 year old grandparents with me!”
“I booked a short break away and used NCP Scotpark, booking was pretty quick and easy, managed to get parked and didn't have to wait too long to get the shuttle. Even with an hour delay with my return flight, I got the shuttle back to my car and left without incurring any extra charge, so all good for me, no complaints.”
