Easy to book. Easy to park. Bus service very good. Less than 5 minute wait going and coming back.

Getting into the car park and transfer to Airport no issues, couple minutes wait for bus which was great. Return journey not so great, waited nearly 20 minutes for bus to arrive, too many people and luggage waiting to accommodate, some didn't get on and left to wait for next one! Standing in the wind and cold not what you want on your return!

I booked through a third party, and navigating to the address that the third party (APH) brought up in google took me to the wrong car park. Once I was at the right car park this was perfect. I have suspected my car has been used when I have left it in airport parking in the past, but as you don't leave your keys at NCP the car is secure where it is left. The courtesy bus was perfect.

Easy to book, good deals, but terrible management. I was on holiday for a week and booked into Scotpark, everything was fine until the last day of my holiday when I took ill and was taken to hospital, after 3 days in hospital, when I was able, I emailed scotpark and explained my problem, that I was in hospital and would be a week late getting home and what was their car parking charge policy for cases like mine, I was told that normal day rate would apply, no concessions, nothing. My original Bill was £55 for the weeks stay which was a great deal, but £112 for the extra week which I thought was really uncaring of Scotpark

On arrival, we drove past an empty bus with the driver sitting in the cab - and this was at 4am. In the 3 minutes it took us to park, and walk towards the bus, he drove away. He couldn't have missed us driving past him, but clearly decided not to bother waiting 3 minutes. Entering the office to enquire as to when the next bus was, the guy shrugged his shoulders and turned his back on me when I asked why the bus didn't wait. He then completely ignored me when I asked if there was an indoor waiting area (it was raining). There isn't. We had to wait around 20 minutes, outside in the rain, before a bus arrived. On the plus side, it's only 5 minutes to the airport bus stance. Would I use them again (when there are so many other choices of where to park)? Nope. Did I tell all my friends and colleagues about their "customer service"? Absolutely. With so many options, good customer service goes a long way. NCP Scotpark don't seem to understand this.
