“We have used ncp for our last few holidays and will definitely be using again, very easy to book on line, arrived at carpark, barrier went up straight away, numberplate recognition, found a empty space, and then bus just a few mins to airport.”
“Had no issues with the car park itself, all good, bus times, courteous driver etc but did have with APH when we were leaving. Had booked exit for 00.00 (midnight) on 2nd December but when inserted ticket as we were leaving they wanted payment of £40 overdue time payment. Yes our flight was late back but you have a 3hr window I believe - luckily there was a staff member in the office, he looked at his computer screen that showed overdue by 12hrs so owed £40. I showed him my confirmation which showed exit on 2nd @ 00.00 - did take a bit of time him explaining/understanding this even with me showing my confirmation. He eventually went into an 'advanced' screen system & the booking showed exit 12.00 2nd December which I assume to be noon - not sure how this can happen, giving two different exit times for the same booking? Attendant did waive the fee but did take some time. Not what you want to deal with after a delayed flight at one in the morning & a drive back to Glasgow - just want to make traveller's aware.”
