“The entrance/exit to and from the car park almost requires an all-terrain vehicle to negotiate the holes in the tarmac which were especially bad on this most recent stay. The car parking spaces appear to be getting smaller or car owners are not sticking to their designated area or the lines defining those areas are difficult to see! The transfer service used to be straightforward and linked to one car park, the NCP, but now it takes in Premier and thus the round trip takes longer, and consequently, the wait time at the terminal for a return trip takes longer. Not really an experience I wish to repeat.”
“Good value in terms of price but the entrance is covered in pot holes. No one answers the contact number provided, although buses run well and with sufficient regularity that it's not a huge problem. The ANPR reader is a bit dodgy and so we got stuck at the exit for a period until the staff member on duty could liberate us from the car park”
“Very simple process - online booking and payment, number plate recognition at barrier going in and out. Nice and close to airport so easy to walk with hand luggage.”
“This car park is so close to the airport but a fraction of the onsite parking cost. The shuttle bus took about 3 minutes. Any time I fly from Edinburgh I use this car park.”
“I was extremely dissatisfied with being charged an extra £70 for TWO DAYS as my flight was changed due to all the air traffic being grounded at the start of the week last week.
I paid £65 for 17 days!!!! Couldn't get in contact with anyone to complain about this absurd charge considering my overall price was LESS than that of TWO DAYS charges.
Not likely to be using NCP again or recommending you. Very disappointing”
