Arrived at 5:20 drove up to barriar plate not recognised pressed intercom was told not found on system. As time critical I had to park elsewhere at extra cost very poor customer service.

No flexibility costumer service were useless paid over £80 for 36 hours parking as no flexibility and that ‘I would need to take the hit of £50’ if I was late. They were not willing to extend my stay. There are lots of honest and fair parking companies out there Premiair is not one of them.

It's the first time we've used airport parking & we found it hassle free. From booking online to parking the car then getting the shuttle bus to the airport was stress free. The staff in the car park & the shuttle bus drivers were friendly & helpful. We will be using this again.
