“We’Ve used Secure Airparks Edinburgh many times over the last 15 - 20 years, always happy with the service. However this time when we arrived back at Edinburgh there was a long delay in the bus arriving to take us back to the park. The bus filled up, but the driver waited until he filled it with standing passengers, including a lady with a child’s trolley. When we got back to the park about 6 people including the lady with the trolley had to get off to let 2 passengers off at stance 1. The driver then let everyone back on except the lady with the trolley as there wasn’t room for her? One American passenger quite rightly was fairly vociferous about her not being allowed back on. At stance 2 these people still standing had to get off again to let other passengers off. Although this wasn’t where our cars were, quite a few passengers got off to avoid the hassle and delay. I don’t know if there was a shortage of buses or drivers on Saturday, but we’ve never experienced either the level of delay or poor treatment of customers in the past. Hopefully this was a blip, but you’re only as good as your last performance!”
