“I gave one star as the option to give zero was not offered. We have successfully used Secure Airparks on several occasions but we will not be using them again. On return to Edinburgh we boarded a completely overloaded bus that still took on others after us. There was nowhere for our luggage or us except the aisle and the driver made no attempt to help anyone or to ensure that the two oldest people on the bus were not left standing holding onto their wheeled cases trying to stop them moving during transit and holding onto the luggage frame to stop falling. When the bus stoppped, we were trampled by people trying to get off with very large luggage and pushed by additional people coming on. At the later car park stops everyone had to try to get past the people who had come onto the bus to go to the airport. When we got off the bus, another empty bus came round the car park. Overcrowded and completely unmanaged transfer with no regard for passenger safety or comfort.”
