“Up till recently passengers were driven directly to the Airport main entrance as the company advertised
This was the main reason for using this company as it saved a lengthy walk for those of us with limited mobility
Passengers are now dropped off at a remote bus stance
Now that this facility has been discontinued it is doubtful whether we will use Secure Airparks in future”
“On return no bus was at the stand after 15-20 minutes I called and was told that there was only one bus on because the other driver was on lunch , it was 4pm , driver came 15 minutes later then waited a further 5-10 min without any explanation, meant we hit all the Edinburgh traffic”
“Huge car park, although strangely the disabled parking bays are at the top of the park and unfortunately these spaces are just the same size as the normal spaces, which isn't good when you need to get someone in and out of the car. The bus stop was very near, which helped. The bus driver was very helpful and its only a 2 minute journey to the airport, which is great. Unfortunately, the bus stop has been moved further away from the usual main door drop off so I struggled with pushing the wheelchair and trying to push the suitcases as the pre-booked disabled assistance doesn't start until you go to the assistance office. Overall, its a great parking experience. Thank you.”
