“This was a seamless experience for us. Booking was easy. No problem getting in to the car park. Bit difficult finding a space as it was very full but we managed. Bus came within a few minutes. Our return was problem free too. Bus turned up within minutes and returned us safely to our car. We have used Secure Airparks at Edinburgh on several occasions and have never had any problem.”
“Having used secure air parks before, I was very confident in booking for a second occasion. Location very good, price reasonable and frequent bus service from the main airport terminal. On this occasion, everything was smooth until the bus transfer home. Your driver who picked us up at around 2am was nothing short of rude arrogant and angry. Clearly not a night shift person. Didn’t engage with customers who said hello, tutting and sighing at passengers and no will at all to be courteous and friendly. There was people struggling in lifting cases and he was not even bothered about helping. I’d say pay and extra £10 and use somewhere else.”
“Very efficient service. We only waited for 10 minutes for both journey to the departures and from arrivals. Even though it was after 11.00pm at arrivals the driver was courteous and driving out of the area was quiet. We would use APH again and recommend them.”
