“First time using this and it was seamless. Staff were really helpful. Dropped car off, shown how to use the automated system to register keys - very simple. Collected slip for return. Bus to take you to the airport, journey time about 5 mins. On return sent a text to the number on the slip, went to wait where we were dropped off. Bus arrived within 10 minutes and this was after midnight. Car keys given to me on arrival at back at carpark. A suprisingly easy enjoyable experience and will definitely use again. Just keep your slip safe as the bus driver scans the code on your return, also has the phone number on it to send text telling them you're ready to be picked up.”
