“We drove to Dover to go on a cycling holiday in France. The staff were very helpful and friendly and had a van ready to transport us and our bikes to the ferry terminal. Again they were ready and waiting to collect us on our return. They are were well organised and I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.”
“We used Relyon for a three week trip to Norway from Dover. On arrival we were dealt with politely and promptly by reception. The driver of the minibus took our bags, and put them in the vehicle for us, and along with four other people we were taken to the terminal. He was friendly, and chatty, and unpacked our bags for us before returning to the car park. On arrival back at Dover we waited no more than 5 minutes before being picked up and taken to the car park. On arrival the lady from the reception was waiting for us all with our keys in hand. We were away within 5 minutes of arriving. Many thanks, you guys are great and we look forward to using your parking again.”

“When I returned from my cruise on Friday 18 November, Booking Ref. DFJ9F I was told my car up the side of the compound. It was, it was at the far end of the compound AND it was not locked.
Was there any good reason why - 1 It had not been brought to the collection point where all the
other returners were?
2 It was not locked?
I would appreciate a honest response.

We do bring cars up to the front of the compound but unfortunately not all the vehicles can be brought up at once, we will always bring a car to the front is needed.
As a company policy we lock all cars.

There was no apology of any sort.
Our cruise was many hours late returning due to the weather so there was no reason for not bringing my vehicle much nearer the pick-up point.”
