“Just one niggle, I booked this carpark as it was only a 2 min walk to the terminal, according to the website but alas its closer to 10 mins! The reason for this is your direct walk to the terminal has now been diverted as they are building another car park next to the one I parked in. Now I know 10 mins is not far but when you are dragging suitcases and its pouring with rain, you do wish you only had 2 mins to walk and not 10 as advertised!

“Due to airport building had to use with the additional costs as did not want to leave keys . Unfortunately on arrival car reg not recognised and had to try and resolve to avoid another charge, the positive was the person who answered the button call, checked my reservation and explained what to do when leaving”
“Parking area seems fine, but having already prepaid a massive £174 for the duration of my holiday, I was charged an extra £180 when I tried to leave. I've requested a refund but that was almost here weeks ago now and I'm still out of pocket.”
