“Having the power steering on your car fail just as you arrive at the airport is not a great way to start a holiday, but that's what happened to us. Negotiating the ramps of the multi storey we had booked would have been difficult, dangerous and probably impossible. The chance of catching our flight looked close to zero, but fantastic customer service saved the day (and more to the point, our holiday). Our booking was transferred in a matter of moments to a car park that we could safely steer the car into and we were told we could just leave it there and arrange recovery when we returned from holiday. Absolutely brilliant service - five-star plus!”
“Had a better experience than our last time; if you just go straight to the top without bothering to spend ages looking for a space lower down, it’s a lot easier. Would be nice when building work is finished but overall, well located and fuss free.”
“The multi story car park is well planned for cars but not for people flying from the airport with loads of luggage and having to drag it up all those ramps.
Why wasn't a higher level walk way aligned from the multi-storey car park with the airport inner perimeter road and the lift system integrated with it ??
The parking costs on a mainly full car park must produce a sustantial weekly financial return for the initial investment.
We now frequently use LHR as a good alternative with better facilities .
Wake up Bristol Airport you don't need reviews, the management team just needs to try using the facilities themselves.”
“I did not relise that there were steps and ramps to access the terminal. My wife is disabld and found the walk fom the multi story to the terminal very stressful.
I accept that it was my resoponsibilty to research the position of the multi story.”
“The car park is easy to locate and well signposted. I had booked in advance so the process was very easy, we had a good parking space and had no issues on our return.”
