“Needs more EV charging spaces. All taken upon arrival and worse, some ICE cars parked in EV spaces - needs enforcement. Other than that, nice and close to the airport. No more than a 4 minute walk.”
“Needed to change the car we were using 12 hours before arrival. Unable to speak to anyone about it, despite trying for 2 hours. No contact numbers, no response to my email and no assistance from the airport.”
“Expensive! but has advantages over other car parks. Easy booking on line, entrance and exit procedure very good, reads your no. plate on entry and you insert a ticket to exit. Car parking spaces are a good size and a green light shows on each available space although not always empty when you drive to them. Short walk uphill or steps to terminal, not very good if you have mobility problems.”
“Multi Storey appears safe and most under cover but finding a space is not easy. This results in driving around and around as there are no indicators on each section where spaces are apparent.
For those with mobility difficulties the route to the terminal is somewhat challenging.”
