I found the booking system simple and straightforward. I was met with care and politeness even though I drove straight into an available space having paid in advance. Reception & Return service was speedy and efficient. I am not registered disabled but of greatly reduced mobility. I had booked flight Assistance and the contact point is very convenient to BAM&G.
