“The instructions to find the meet and greet were not clear and did not match the actual signs at the airport. Also when we arrived we were repeatedly told we were in the wrong place, until eventually another member of staff looked at our booking and confirmed we were in the right place. So started off on a slightly confusing foot, but the rest of the process was simple. Checked in quickly, the location perfect for departures as only a minute walk. Pick up the other end of the holiday also quick and easy.”
“It was very convenient to park the car at the airport. Just had a slight issue at the key drop station where they had difficulty finding my booking. With the car registration they eventually found my booking. The car was ready when we arrived back from our holiday. Will definitely recommend it.”
