“Car park is very close to the terminal building , which is great. No queue in or out.
However, the car park is sign posted as being ‘premium’ which must be a joke. The bays were overgrown with weeds and the gravel was very loose. Premium? I don’t think so.”
“Despite booking a space and paying well in advance, there were no space available. Tried phoning (at 4pm) for advice - lines closed at 3pm. Had to park on a grass verge, at the furthest point of the car park. No trolleys anywhere to be seen. Had to speak to airport customer services to find out if I was likely to be clamped - he just shrugged his shoulders, said ‘it’s rammed, so unlikely’.”
“The car park is in the perfect location for the airport.
We drove around and around trying to find a big enough space. This we struggled to find.
We ended up parking miles away from the gates. This was very difficult for return journey as I’d had surgery and couldn’t walk the distance.
It would be nicer for to have allocated parking.”
