“Despite pre-booking parking, I could not find a space in the car park. There are no clear markings and drivers had parked their cars selfishly which restricted spaces in the car park. Like many had to, ended up parking as best as possible ensuring I wasn't blocking anyone. Ridiculous set of circumstances.”
“On several occasions i had to push the button at the barrier despite having pais in full. I have to take a token and on exit the barrier does not automatically open have to push button n give details . This is very cumbersome. I am a heart patiemt and find this stressful.”
