“The car park 2 is walking distance to the departure entrance. Very convenient when you are carrying large suitcases. The park was full and we have to walk far more.
The car is left on grass and not on pavement.”
“My original flight got cancelled by the airline and couldn't change the date, I rang customer service who were helpful and we came to a arrangement that I would have to pay £15 extra on my return, I accept that was fair because of the extra day but upon my arrival I collected my car and at the barrier it said I had to pay £30 instead of the £15 agreed, so I was very disappointed and will be writing to APH to complain.”
