“The hotel was pretty much what you expect but being charged £15 to park in the hotel car park over night is ridiculous. This does not happen at Gatwick or Heathrow when traveling from London! Will not return”
“Basically this a very poor hotel which is close to the airport. That is the only thing going for it. It was very small room, cold and dark and not good value for money. Only two pillows were provided for our double bed, and they had seen better days. Staff were friendly though. Won’t be staying again.”
“Reception was unwelcoming, lacked communication and information. Room was very basic hard bed, stained carpets, no room information. Restaurant is grossly overpriced serving meals that were not hot (breaching food safety standards) and obviously frozen. Had to order a sweet twice and then it arrived half frozen. There was a lack of customer service skills, the staff require proper training. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Will not be a return customer.”
