“Lift was broken on way out. Despite prepaying asked for £725 in the way out but a quick call to customer services opened the gate. Very good value for 2 weeks and only a 5 minute walk to the terminal.”

“This car park is right next to the terminal building, a lift down to ground level and a few minutes walk. Nothing to fault here, had an issue with the ANPR not recognising on the way in, easy to speak to someone via a button on the gate and within seconds my ticket was out and we were parked. On return the ticket let me out with no issues. Have already booked again for 2&3 for our next trip!”
“Pre Covid I used car park 5 at BHX, always booked through APH. 5 was closed for the duration so I’ve started using car park 3. Its a short walk to the terminal and my car is under cover. I like the menu APH show when I’m looking for parking and they consistently offer good deals.”
