“Easy to find, but not so easy to find a parking space. Next time I go I will go to floor 7 first to find a space. I was pleased with getting the ticket and the car was recognized when I approached the barrier to leave.”
“I always book with APH. In this occasion I'm not complaining about the company but the actual carpark. We arrived at carpark 1 on the 13th September, we had pre-booked over a year ago and had booked 2 spaces one being for my daughter and her 2 your children. We drove round for a hour trying to find a space from the bottom of the carpark to the top , we couldn't find any spaces it was a nightmare in the end after continuous driving around we found 2 on separate levels . Why is a carpark allowed to be booked when there are not enough spaces. We were lucky there were people who had booked having to leave the carpark. We have pre-booked for January in the same carpark which was booked also months ago so I hope we don't encounter the same problem.”
