“Easy booking process, good price, entry and exit from car park on days of departure and return was by emailed barcode. Excellent from start to finish.”
“Although this was an expensive choice, the ease of moving suitcases the short distance to the terminal in the early hours of the morning and on return after the flight was worth it. Booking was easy and the vehicle recognition system worked perfectly so there was no hassle on arrival or departure at the car park.”
“I’m sure Carpark 1 is a fine Carpark but though we had paid to use it, as it was next to the IBIS airport hotel we needed to use to fly off early the next morning, we found it shut off with cones and were told to go to Carpark 5 where we then had to catch a bus back to the terminal! Perhaps all the people who had parked already in Carpark 1 had been delayed by up to 24 hours in returning from holiday, as we were, because of flight delays??”
“Very convenient to Departure Hall.
Would have been VERY helpful if the number of available spaces were indicated when entering the car park, and also indicated on each level.
We arrived 4 hours before our flight departed and had to drive around for more than 30mins, before we were able to find a space. We only found a space in the end, on level 6, when we approached a couple exiting from the lifts and we were able to follow them to where their car was parked.
Otherwise a great car covered car park”
“Apart from difficulty accessing the car park (party due to misreading signs it worked out excellently, my car was recognised on entry and we found a space on the 4th floor. Very convenient to airport especially as we were flying with JET2. Having returned exit was very easier as the car was recognised on approaching the barrier which immediately raised. Using it again in November.”
