“Very well sign posted as you arrive at the airport. Easy access, once parked, good signage showing way to the terminal. One minute walk to terminal. The same efficient experience on collecting vehicle.”

“Always park at Car Park 1 when flying from Birmingham airport.
Never any problems apart from last Thursday when we were leaving the car park. Quite a few drivers, including us, had to phone through to get the barrier raised - it’s normally raised automatically when it recognises your licence plate.
Not a major problem though - once I gave my licence plate, barrier was raised to allow us on our way.”
“After delayed flight was so relieved for easy access to car within minutes. As a single retired person did feel a little uneasy on exiting the lift and not quite sure which direction to take to find my car. Although I had taken note of number did spend time looking for right direction. However eventually sorted but did feel a little apprehensive wondering around in very early hours!”
