No need for a ticket, number plate recognition for entry and exit.
Helpful hint would be to make a note of your parking space number for return.

“Car Park 1 is very conveniently located. It is well-signed from the M42/A45.
However, I have the following comments:
(1) My on-line booking confirmation said I would be issued with a ticket, but a notice on the machine says it is ticketless!
(2) My on-line confirmation said that, if I did not get a ticket, I should phone. I rang the assistance number on the Car Park 1 notice board, but the call was not answered! I went for my flight hoping everything would be ok on my return - which, fortunately, it was!
(3) On arrival back at the airport after my return flight, I could not see any signs to Car Park 1 until I was actually in the building! I relied on my memory to find my way back, which, fortunately, was ok!”
