“Excellent facility and we find it very convenient to walk across to the departure area. However, it is a busy crossing but we find that most drivers are aware of customers safety. The car park was extremely busy and on this occasion, it took a little longer to find a space particularly a disabled space for one of the people travelling with me. The number plate recognition system is superb and makes it easy to enter and exit the car park. I would highly recommend using this car park.”

“We had difficulty finding it on arrival and got in wrong lane and ended up in short stay carpark. Had to pay £4 to drive through. Eventually used Google maps to help us. The signage is very confusing and difficult to read, especially if you do not use it on a regular basis. Last used 6 years ago! On departure from airport many of the exit doors were blocked off so we followed crowds to get out of airport and again could not locate it using signage. Found carpark 2 more easily. I would like a £4 refund from somebody... we are an elderly couple 70+ so need a bit of extra help. Other than that online booking was easy and convenience of numberplate recognition was awesome.”
“Very easy to arrive Park up and return quick exit process. However, parking spaces are quite small especially if you have an SUV or 4x4 and it does get quite busy so searching for a space can take some extra time.”
“Fantastic car park. Right outside the Terminal. Have used this car park in June and September.
5 minute walk to Terminal. Easy to get to. Booking for next year and will use NCP1 again.
