“The car park itself is fine. The only problem is that if you miss the sign for the entrance you are funneled into the drop off zone with no way out without a £5 charge. Why is there no loop round? Definitely needs better signage. Seems like a simple remedy unless the airport is happy to keep taking the £5 for no effort”
“It's a large multi storey
Secure its very busy but you can always find a space,
It's clean and has lifts also it's a short 2-3 minute walk to the terminal
We pre booked so there was no messing about paying it was very easy the barrier recognised the car plates on entrance and exit.

“I was unable to make my reservation due to heavy snow fall. My refund request was rejected due to needing 48hours notice….. not sure how I am supposed to predict 3ft of snow and abandoned vehicles!
Surely some common sense and customer satisfaction should be applied for issues that are genuinely out of a customers control.”
